We've bought and sold several homes during our lifetime. We've never had an agent work as hard as Tammy did assisting us with the purchase of our home in Gilbert before, during and after we purchased our home! We first met Tammy in May when she was referred to us by a client of hers. We were from out of town and made multiple trips to Phoenix during our search. To save the limited amount of time we had to look at homes during our visits to Phoenix, Tammy quickly learned what we liked and disliked and showed us homes that best fit our needs. If we looked at a home that needed remodelling or modifications, Tammy was helpful in providing us estimates of what the work might cost. When it came time to write an offer on a home, Tammy was helpful in explaining the details and nuances of the Arizona purchase agreement that we were not familiar with. She did careful market analyses to help us be confident that the price we were offering was a fair price. She gave us helpful advice on the sale of our previous home. When our purchase offer was accepted, Tammy provided us contacts for a mortgage broker, an insurance agent and a home inspector. Since we were from out of town, Tammy found contractors and met them at the home so they could provide estimates for work that needed to be done. When the lending process delayed our expected closing date, Tammy worked behind the scenes with the mortgage broker to keep pressure on them to perform and she kept the seller informed of what was happening so they would not terminate the transaction. After the sale closed, Tammy didn't go away. She kept working with contractors to help us get bids for painting, pool and landscaping while we were busy getting our home sold and our belongings packed and moved to Arizona. She even was at our new home on move-in day in our absence helping direct the movers as they moved our belongings in while we were away signing documents. We started our home search in May and ended up purchasing a home in October. Tammy was always smiling and very pleasant to work with even though we were very picky buyers and the whole process took months. She was always responsive to our emails, text messages and phone calls. When she said she would do something, she did it. Over the months, our relationship with Tammy evolved from a working relationship to a friendship. We would highly recommend her to any prospective clients
